Politica de protecție a datelor cu caracter personal
Prezenta Politică de protecție a datelor cu caracter personal a fost redactată în temeiul Regulamentului (UE) 2016/679 al Parlamentului European și al Consiliului din 27 aprilie 2016, privind protecția persoanelor fizice în ceea ce privește prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal și libera circulație a acestor date și abrogarea Directivei 95/46/CE („GDPR”), a Legii nr.190 din 18 iulie 2018 privind măsuri de punere în aplicare a GDPR şi a Ghidurilor Grupului de Lucru Art. 29, respectiv a celor emise de Comitetul European pentru Protecția Datelor. Orice reglementare (fie la nivel european, fie la nivel național) poate declanșa nevoia de a modifica sau completa prezenta politică.
Personal Data Protection Policy
This Personal Data Protection Policy has been drafted in virtue of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"), of Law no. 190 of 18 July 2018 on measures for the application of GDPR,of the Guidelines issued by Art. 29 Working Party, namely those issued by the European Data Protection Board. Any regulation (either at European or national level) may trigger the need to amend or supplement this policy.
